That’s
not to say that Jeannene Tedesco doesn’t expect hard work from her employees. She certainly does.  Marketing is no easy job, and you will
certainly need to be ready to put your nose to the grindstone
occasionally.  However, that’s to be
expected in any job. What’s not always
expected is a great atmosphere in which to do this hard work. Jeannene Tedesco does everything she can to keep the
tone at the office as light and fun as possible. She knows that if you’re happy at the office,
you’re going to get more work done, and she strives to make everyone happy.
